Job Site Repair is hiring an experienced Lead Auto & Diesel Mechanic for our Mahtomedi location.
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced mechanic who can perform repairs and diagnostics while also helping lead the day-to-day shop workflow. You’ll help prioritize work orders, assign repairs, support other mechanics, coordinate parts, and keep jobs moving safely and efficiently.
We’re looking for someone who is a strong mechanic first, with the experience and leadership skills to guide and support the team while continuing to work hands-on in the shop.
Pay: $45–$55/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–2:00 AM
No weekends!
Lead Auto & Diesel Mechanic
Rosemount, Minnesota
Job Site Repair is hiring an experienced Lead Auto & Diesel Mechanic for our Rosemount location.

Auto & Diesel Mechanic
Maple Grove, Minnesota
Job Site Repair is hiring Auto & Diesel Mechanics for our Maple Grove, MN location.
We are a family-owned and operated truck repair shop with 36+ years in business. We offer stable, year-round work and are looking for dependable mechanics to join our team.
We work on medium-duty diesel and gas trucks, commercial trucks, and fleet vehicles.
Experienced automotive mechanics are encouraged to apply. Diesel experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $35.00-$40.00/hr
